The key to reducing your cancer risk is to maintain a healthy lifestyle which means exercising regularly, increasing your consumption of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and beans, decreasing the amount of red meat and high-fat dairy products you eat, decreasing your alcohol consumption, and increasing your physical activity.
