Maintaining Mobility in Older Adults

As people get older, they tend to live sedentary lifestyles and have less mobility which results in not being able participate in activities quite like they used to. Many older adults struggle with mobility, meaning it is hard for them to walk without assistance. However, a recent study conducted by the Yale School of Medicine found that just a simple 20 minute walk a day can prevent reduced mobility and enhance quality of life.
