You don’t have to wait for fall to enjoy this warm, comforting breakfast. This simple, easy dish basically calls for oatmeal, pumpkin puree, milk (or a milk substitute), and some spices! There are also a few additions that can be added to up the flavor and texture, such as maple syrup and crumbled graham crackers. (Go easy on the add-ons or this deliciously healthy meal will lose the “healthy” part.)
