Extreme Restaurant Meals

 

As we know, fast food and even sit down restaurants are known for packing calories in most of their meals.  While restaurant chains are responding to people’s desire to eat healthier foods and are offering lower calorie choices, they are still offering increasingly higher calorie meal options than previous years.  The Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) has been “awarding” restaurants each year who offer the meal choices with the highest calories.  When CSPI began doing this in 2007, it was …
