There are as many as 90 percent of runners experiencing injuries during training. Make sure you don’t become a part of this statistic and follow these tips to maximize your workouts while avoiding injuries.

In a study reported by the Centers for Disease Control, data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey and the National Youth Fitness Survey reveals that a shocking 98.5% of United States youth ages 12-15 years are watching TV daily.
