School Leaders Report Widespread Student Acceptance of Healthier Lunches

According to a recent study published online in Childhood Obesity, 70% of school leaders in elementary schools across the nation report their students are pleased with healthier lunches. An additional study is displaying that elementary students aren’t the only ones; about 70% and 63% of middle school and high school students, respectively, are pleased with the healthier meals.
