How to Avoid Digital Eyestrain

Do you have trouble with headaches, eye pain, or a loss of focus? These symptoms are all associated with digital eyestrain, which can be prominent to about 70% of computer workers. Here are a few tips to avoid eye pain.

TV Watching and Computer Use in U.S. Youth

In a study reported by the Centers for Disease Control, data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey and the National Youth Fitness Survey reveals that a shocking 98.5% of United States youth ages 12-15 years are watching TV daily. Additionally, 91.1% of the age group reported daily use of computers.
