Eating Too Much Added Sugar May Be Killing You

According to a recent study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, consuming far too many calories from added sugars has been linked to a significant increase in the risk for heart disease. According to the American Heart Association, added sugar consumption should add up to no more than 100 calories for women and 150 calories for men, which is less than 10 percent of a daily diet.
