DESCRIPTION:Will You Access the Diabetes Challenge?\nThe Center for Closing the Health Gap invites you to register for our upcoming Diabetes Challenge\, a 12-week diabetes management program. If selected for the program\, you will have two weekly sessions with a personal trainer\, one weekly session with a nutritionist and life coach\, and one weekly yoga class\, all free of charge. Your attendance and commitment to the challenge will earn you points\, resulting in challenge winners who will receive cash prizes at the end of the program. Note that your attendance is essential and mandatory to being eligible to win.
