The Women’s’ Heart Center believes in equitable and accessible cardiovascular care across the lifespan through a focus on excellence in clinical care, innovative research, education, and community outreach. As part of our educational mission, we have established an annual Women’s Cardiovascular Symposium. This program is the only of its kind in the Midwest, featuring renowned experts from across the country addressing sex differences in cardiovascular care and outcomes.
This single-day Women’s Cardiovascular Symposium is targeted to physicians, trainees, advanced practice providers, first responders, and healthcare professionals involved in the management of cardiovascular disease in women. Voted one of the Top 50 heart hospitals in the nation, the Women’s Heart Center at The Christ Hospital Heart & Vascular Institute is proud to play a key role in addressing the health and knowledge gaps in sex- and gender-specific cardiovascular disease and outcomes.
