Do Right! Healthy Steps is a free 8-week interactive wellness series healthy lifestyle intervention focused on the prevention of diabetes to help participants learn how to make changes for a healthier life. In this series, you will understand exactly what diabetes is and how it affects the body. You will learn how to use healthy eating, fitness, and tools to overcome mental obstacles in order to manage and prevent diabetes. During this series, you can enjoy hands-on activities, expert support, and weekly giveaways that will help you in your journey to create a healthier lifestyle one step at a time.
The series will run from February 19 – April 16, 2019, Tuesdays from 6:00 – 7:30 PM at Southern Baptist Church, located at 3556 Reading Road Cincinnati, OH 45229
