These numbers can tell us a lot about our overall health and help us make informed decisions. 💡🩸 Blood Pressure: Your blood pressure should ideally be around 120/80 mmHg. High blood pressure can lead to serious health issues, so make sure to check it regularly.📈 Cholesterol Levels: Keep an eye on your cholesterol levels, especially LDL (the "bad" cholesterol). Aim for LDL levels below 100 mg/dL to reduce your risk of heart disease.🧪 A1C: This measures your average blood sugar levels over the past 2-3 months. For good control, aim for an A1C level below 5.7%.
