Write a letter to city council and mail it to Cincinnati City Council City Hall, 801 Plum Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. Share your story and let your city council members know why you support the Health Gap and thank them for continuing to fully fund Closing the Health Gap.
Let us know if you are speaking In-Person and show your support at a city budget hearing on either June 2nd, 6:00 PM at Madisonville Recreation Center, June 4th at 11:00 AM at City Hall, or June 14th at 6:00 PM at College Hill Recreation Center.
Send an email to city council at email@example.com. Let your city council members know why you support the Health Gap and thank them for their continued full funding of Closing the Health Gap.
Remote Speakers can choose to give comments by phone, video, or by writing in their comments on the form. If you plan on speaking at the budget hearing remotely you will need to fill out the City Council Speaker Registration Form at https://www.cincinnati-oh.gov/noncms/council/registration-form/speakers.cfm
The City Council registration form can be submitted up to one week prior to the meeting but must be received by 2:00 p.m. the day before you are requesting to participate, with the exception that registration forms for public hearing items will be accepted if received by 9:00 a.m. the day of the hearing. Once you submit your form, someone from the Office of the Clerk of Council will contact you with additional information by e-mail and/or by phone.
