The “We Must Save Us” campaign aims to ease anxieties in our communities about the COVID-19 vaccine and encourage Hamilton County residents to get it as it becomes available. COVID-19 disproportionately affects Black and brown people. Because of that, we have to continue wearing masks, socially distancing and washing our hands. The vaccine is the next step to reversing those numbers and saving ourselves.
We must understand the importance of the COVID-19 vaccine. That happens by having the ability to make an informed decision, which is the purpose of our site and what our virtual town halls have aimed to do since we began them in April.
